Following on from Andy335`s thread,just wondered how many M50 powered E30`s do we have on the zone?
I know there is quite a few now and a few more in the making so lets get a list going.
Ill start :D

1, Eko - Was a 320iSE auto,converted in August 06

brian325i . was 318is then m50b25 converted sometime last year.

now has s50b30 sitting in engine bay though.not finished yet though

Yes its going to be a squeeze with the kids legroom but sacrifices have to be made.
Ill just have to move my seat forward instead of the `laidback bad attitude` position :P

its a newer engine.

thats about it. i think its just as heavy but its better on fuel and looks a bit cooler with all that plastic stuff on it.


they sounds bloody good when the 2nd cam comes in!

m50 195bhp torque?

m30 220bhp with 220torque

hum. let the debate begin.

mine will be done very soon just in the process of gathering parts
also renewing suspension and bushes underneath beforehand so should be a nice ride for the summertime

as for Stevetiggers car looks like it has dropped in price

Done few myself.

1) Black 318i quite a while back now (2 door) Normal M50

2) Blue 316i M50 turbo (2 door) still building.

3) White 318i (4 door) Completed this weekend. Normal M50
