after some advise please guys,gonna undertake full service,cambelt and water pump change on my 325 touring.can i replace the tensioner,if so any idear on cost or availability? and is there anything thats likely to spring a surprise on me? also is it wise to remove the radiator for a bit of extra room?

yes the radiator is good to get out the way first, and won't be an issue as you have the cooling system apart anyway. Do replace the tensioner if your not sure when it was last done (or if it was a while ago), easy while its all in bits. Use a genuine belt they are about £12 from the dealer. For the price and avalibility of the tensioner ask Paul in the Genuine BMW parts department on here.
