Hopefully he will still come through. I wouldnt assume youve been scammed yet. He has definately been messing you about though.
His previous neg feedback issue was apparently resolved and I was told it was not entirely his fault. I chose to deal with him as I had seen plenty of good feedback for him also.

I do believe that if he doesnt sort it out this time he should be banned to prevent others getting messed about?

Yep spoke to dave on a few occasions as messages were passed to mikey from his local zoners and kept the slagging off the board as it gets you nowhere .
I asked for it to be locked as mike paid up in the end and in my eyes but see where spadge is coming from as the negative ones drop out the way .
I have been stung again on the zone but havent mentioned it on here , Id only collect now or buy off a recommended zoner , They will be dealt with before xmas and escorted to a cashpoint

Sounds like a plan!

I heard that it took 6 months to get a full refund? Anyone willing to be that patient? I know I can't be waiting that long!

If this was not a scam why is he not responding to any of our PM's? Not picking up his blower? What a coward. Mike you need to drop me some f*cking PM's!!!

It also doesn't take a genius to create another username on here. So without a shadow of doubt he will continue to be ripping others off. It's not like the Zone can do anything about this. I feel sorry for his next victim.

Hate to add to the list, but I'm still waiting for a cylinder head from him which I paid for about a month ago. To be fair he has answered my PMs. I've sent him another one today and still waiting on a reply. :?

Not jumping to conclusions yet, but this post has raied the bar a bit.

Dispute resolution on PayPal purchases

When you pay with PayPal, you gain access to a forum for dispute resolution called the Resolution Centre. To find this forum, log in to your PayPal account and click 'Resolution Centre'. Through it, you can file a claim against:
A physical good that you paid for but never received.

A physical good you purchased on eBay that is significantly different from what was described in the listing.
Dispute Resolution specialists gather information about your transaction and help you resolve the issue. Throughout the process, you'll be advised of your claim's status via email and on your Account Overview page.

I've written it off to be honest. He says he'll be home Friday night so he'll see what he can do. I'll be suprised if anything turns up tbh. If it does it'll be very very late. So don't hold your breaths.

Why can't everyone do business like Spadge FFS!

Regards.

So on friday you'll be able to let me know exactly whats going on with my parts then?

You may not be out to scan £25 here and there. But it seems you owe parts to a few people? Which I'm sure adds up to a good couple of hundred? What do you expect us to think?

Just thought I should mention that the head I bought from m-dtech has arrived well packed and in good order. I know it's easy to jump to conclusions in these situations, but in my opinion m-dtech isn't a scammer. He just seems like a very busy bloke...

My point is that he has come through for me, surely everyone else dealing with him will have the same out come.

Cheers

Right..bit of a problem!

I bought this sump of Chris which did eventually arrive. Only to find out it has been welded in two places

I replaced my sump well before this sump arrived as I needed the car back on the road and couldn't be pissing around waiting on some next man.

I emailed & PM'd Chris before the Easter break regarding this and have had no response resulting in me posting on this thread!

What do I do? This sump is shagged!

His name's Mike not Chris...my mistake. Not that it actually matters but it's for those who are getting hot and bothered about me calling him Chris. Why didn't fellow zoners save me time by just correcting my mistake?
