You can get the busshes from the group buys section or go direct to powerflex
Unfortunatilly u wont b able to fit these your self as u will neen a sub frame removal tool (for the bush)
Garage i'm afraid to say but check and make sure that they are gonna use the tool and not cut them out with a torch coz alot will do this and that aint wot u want

Not a pig to fit, pig to get out though!

You can do it with the diff in place but I took mine out 1st to avoid getting damaged.
Support the subframe to stop it from dropping, take nut off and attempt to beat the big bolt upwards into the car body. You will need to get seriously agricultural with them to get them to move!

If that fails and it probably will you will have to cut the bush out with a hacksaw or blowtorch (mind the petrol tank though) once you have them out you need to put the new ones in, either vice them in or use a threaded bar to pull them into place. Or take your subframe to a garage and get them to press them in.

Couple of pointers there.

*note when I say take the nut off, I mean undo it until it is flush with the end of the bolt. Stop you from destroying the end of the bolt with the hammer*
