Does the old e30 glass fit the face lift e30's??

Hi, Does anybody know if the old e30 glass fits the newer 1987- e30's?

by glass do u mean all the windows?

im not sure but the colour is different from amber to ocean

Er answer to first question, probably not....
It will fit in the whole if your desperate! but you probably wont be able to roll it up or down.

I did this when one of mine was broken, (rear possenger 4 door) old ones had 2 seperate fitting to go onto the regulator while new one just had the one. New one was also green,(only notice if your really look) and from and electric window car, while min is manual...so it might be that.

Thanks for your help. It sounds like not a very good idea then! As for colour i am only doing it to get tinted windows, so thats not a problem!
