Been away from my e30 and the Zone for a while so thought it was about time i resurrected this thread and put my Sport back on the road. Its been dry stored for nearly two years now while ive been busy with buying a house etc but after seeing Lee at Morrisons in his e30 i decided to get my arse into gear get it out and either use it or sell it as its no good it sitting there getting dusty.

So today i put its battery on charge, once fitted it fired up straight away and ticked over as it should.
Next up is to give it a thorough check over/service and a bloody good clean.

Welcome back and just in time for the shite winter weather and impending salt trucks

That's still a lovely looking car James, get it on the road and then see what you think
Cheers guys, looking back at the thread it looks like its been sat for alot longer than i thought but everything looks nice and clean underneath with no issues to report the brakes are free and work as they should but that will be as i only managed to do about 500 miles after the suspension etc was fitted before it was laid up.
Only change since was to swap the wheels from the style 5's to a set of five 16 inch Ravaglia rims, i know to some this will be a downgrade but i feel the car handles better and looks right in a subtle way.

Ravaglia's had deep black centres, unless those have been repainted they could be off any M3 standard M3.
Agreed, they look much much better than the style 5's.

Yeah i removed them off a Revaglia that was getting converted to a race car. They must have been repainted by one of the previous owners as they came to me silver.Demlotcrew wrote:Ravaglia's had deep black centres, unless those have been repainted they could be off any M3 standard M3.
