Are these fairly easy to come across in the UK? If so, what sort of prices would would they go for?

(more speculation into the plan that might never be...)

lol right-o

Would it be a feasible idea to put 2l internals into a standard 2.3 S14 (I've read that this can be done)? Or would this just end up getting stupidly expensive?

You could use the 2.3 engine with 2 ltr pistons which will give you a higher CR, I am unsure of all the details, but I am pretty sure I have seen this done somewhere? Obviously wouldnt lower the CC to 2ltr, but will drop below 2.3!

Getting hold of a 2ltr would be more difficult than getting a 2.3 though.

Hi

I have both 2.0 & 2.3, the 2.0 uses a shoter stroke crank (72.6v8.3.8) & longer rods. It also uses the small port head.

crank & rods about 300-500 euro used as a lot 2.o litre guys upgrade to 2.3

German ebay + s14.net you get a set 2-3 times a year but a m10 1.8 crank is close 71mm
