HI Guys
We are currently busy with an MS PCB3.0 setup with wasted spark.
We have assembled the board however we require some assistance with the connection of the pigtail to the ecu plug.
If someone has a diagram of the designations of the various wires onto the ecu plug it would be much appreciated if you could mail them to me at rivsm@yahoo.co.uk
Thanking you in advance

Dude, as your car is LE jet I'd strongly suggest pulling the entrire loom and only keeping the injector plugs, then make a new one with the DB connector for a straight PnP NEW loom.
cuts out 22 years worth of corroded wires too.
All you can re-use are the FP relay and connections, and the inj miniplugs, eveything else is absent on your car.

Do you have a table that labels all the pigtail wires( so we know which wire is used for a particular function) or where I could get one online perhaps?
I will give you a call first thing Tuesday morn for the mani
Thanks for the advice and Happy Easter to you and your loved ones

Ive looked at diyefi and the template and have managed to solder on many of the wires on the harness onto the motronic plug, however im stuck

FIDLE, IAC-A & IAC-B are to do with cold start/idle control. Not sure what Idle control you have on that system. You probably dont need IAC-A & IAC-B. The thick black wire will be ground (there usually two of them).

IGN AND 12v? There aren't normally two. They go to the Ignition anyway (position three on the key).isTURBO wrote: What about the IGN and 12VDC wires?

What pin does the IGN terminate too on the DB37 Rivaaj ??
I have seen these labelled before as such and the IGN was the trigger wire for the MS, ie VR in/opto in dependand on jumpers
