Twas gloriously sunny on Fri, so I thought I'd go for a bit of a drive (ok, a couple of hundred miles), roof down of course. Spring had arrived
Stopped for a quick couple of pics...

& then on Saturday, Spring departed again.

& it might never have been seen by those cunning chaps at Sytners or Birds, but it still goes alright, as well it should.

E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...
Here's A few pic's of mine...

Some old pic's with the M3 style mirrors which have been replaced with the original mirrors, the shocking angel eyes have also been replaced with normal headlamps along with CCFL rings.

The Orange indicators are no more

The amount of hard work and money ive thrown at her
would be nice to grace the E30 zone banner with car of the month
S.K.

Well done Ian, you're definately "getting there" - a great transformation.
You have made a great job of tidying her up, looking forward to seeing her in the flesh - are you going to the Scottish meet/Zone Roam on 19th April?

19th of April should be fine

I'm surprised with so many convertible owners on here, so few entered?

Choices, choices. Sometimes pleasurable, sometimes not. It almost always seems —a these days —a that they mean leaving something behind that you'll always wistfully recall.
No matter the relative merits of the winner and those that you discard like cigarette packets tossed into the night, there's ALWAYS a part of you that wonders if you've made the right choice.
A nagging voice that wakes you in the middle of the night. The lump that you just can't ignore. An itching red sore that you, apparently, have to scratch.
But enough of my 4th wife.
The April winner is grantfk10. New category to follow.
Be good,
Clarksun
PS —a have you all read my post about Zimmerbimmer1 on the homepage? A very noble cause. Such an ignoble rally…

Crikey!
After seeing the standard of entries we've had this month, I am well chuffed to have my cabby at the top of the page. There really are some stunning convertibles on the Zone and they ALL deserve praise, and are a credit to their owners.
As I have already mentioned in a previous post, mine is a daily driver (for now, until I can find a cheap runabout to get to work), but she is still well looked after and garaged every night. Future plans for her "might" include an engine transplant and an overhaul of the suspension. Apart from that, I'm happy the way she is.
I'm looking forward to our Scottish meet on the 19th at Glencoe, to show off - "April 2008 Car of The Month"
Once again, thanks for all the comments.
