Anyone got any info on using the prop from an E36 328I for this?.
It was mentioned in the wanted section that its an alternative for the E30 M3 prop but after doing a search i ca,nt seem to find anything about it.

Still thinking about it, tbh it really pissed me off having gone to so much time and effort and having all the hard work stopped so abruptly. Just want to see whats its like , would keep my 325i lump to re-instate just in case

Sorry to jump in on your thread but does that mean if you use the 328i prop with the 325i centre bearing fitted backwards you can fit it without cutting it?? Or will it still need modifying?

Would your prop bolt straight up or will it need cutting/welding/balancing??

it bolts straight on to mine has new center bearing. im selling because my other half wont drive it without power steering and with such a big engine so im going the m50 2.5 route hopefully. shame as my engine had a lot of work done to it

I'm confused. Why didn't you just fit power steering to the m30?
