Hi all,

My 325i is having a few issues of late!

Every now and then the OBC and all the instrument cluster dials go completly dead, but then come back to life for a short period of time?

I've been told this could be a bad earth, but I've had a look around the battery and cleaned up the terminal and still no change?

Any ideas anybody?

Any input massively appreciated as always!

Cheers

Thanks for the reply!

I'm a bit stupid mate, where exactly is it, and what do I need to remove to get to it?

Cheers

If you unclip the straps that hold the glovebox up then remove the plastic cover that forms the roof of the glovebox you should be able to see loads of wires the earth point will have a couple of brown wires bolted to the body of the car with a 10mm nut
