Is the steering rack from a 3 litre Z3 ok for my 318is ?

as the title , have seen posts on here but want to be sure there is no difference between the Z3 ones suitable, I understand the M one is not as good as the non M cars

Will this 3 litre rack deliver the 2.7 turns lock to lock ?

General consensus is that all Z3 racks have the same lock-lock figure with the exception of the Z3M.
