rotor arm etc

have a h reg 325, snapped rotor arm as two of the allen bolts had rounded but the piece that it bolts to has sheared one of the 3 lugs, is this easily replaced ?? if so how much for
rotor arm,
3 allen bolts
and the afore mentioned piece with snapped lug. thankyou
