Hi all

I purchased a 1988 Macau Blue Evo II last week im chuffed to bits with it, It has a few minor things wrong but nothing i cannot fix myself.

I have not yet polished it or had time to really get cleaning it as i work a lot of hours but i just washed it and took some photos.

Anyway enough of me talking, Here's the Pictures i promised to post up for you all. Also feel free to comment or add suggestions.

Thanks for the Comments

Yes its a Evo II and its one of the UK spec ones i beleive only 40 sommet were produced for the UK market..

Eko i didnt notice that myself good spotting, Someone had replaced them wrong !!

Well i dont really want to spoil the appearance of the car maybe some smoked indicator lenses and smoked side repeaters, Might get new suspension and lower it 30 mm. Then maybee try some 17" Split rims on her.. Also some numberplate surrounds i think that would be enough.

The car needs a good clean in the engine bay so when i get the time i will do that.

At the moment i have to repair the front calipers and repair some other minor bits, Also needs new speakers fitting as i cannot get the ones allready in the car to work.

Whats you guys recon i should do to the car ?? Want to keep it looking fairly basic no cosworth spoilers !!

Leave it stock, you have a very desireable car. Standard nice spec cars are now very thin on the ground, we have enough molested scrap around these parts already !

Leave the outside well alone, concentrate under the bonnet with cams, head porting, maybe a CR increase but then its 11.5:1 already, Carbon airbox and Unichip. Then you will REALLY be in love with that Evo2!
E30 M3 Unichip Alpha N style conversions, this is the ultimate for extracting the best out of your S14 M power car.
Also, Live mapping of your Standard Motronic ECU for optimising all your modifications.

Save yourself the money & leave it standard, right down to the orange indicaters, & watch the value creep up untill you decide to sell......
