Eibach ARB & BMW Eccentric Bushes

ive bought a Eibach ARB kit from our resident Zone supplier Sal, which looks brill....

my question is.... i was advised to buy some original Eccentric Bushes from BMW whilst i was fitting this......

but i cant see where these fit?... except the rear wishbone bushes... is this correct? if so the arrows on the bushes. should they face up or down

There is a mark (a cast dot) on the bush holder (lollipop) - the arrow should point at the dot.

front wishbones mate,where they bolt onto the chassis leg,there is a sticky in the tech forum on how to do it diy,arrows linwe uop with a dot on the casting

yep thats the one but you want the bushes from ether the E30 M3 or the E36
