Are you changing ECU for that? Their website says the'll only map their own systems these days.

Drive it. I have not been out in it since before Christmas due to work, wet weather or gritted roads.

Last weekend i fitted a lower mileage engine and box, with lightened flywheel and z3 gearselector to my 318iS.

Next is to fit a new rear beam with decent bushes, fix all the holes in the exhaust, and invest some money at the bodyshop getting it looking smart.

Oh and trying not to bin it!

First job is to get the Recaro's and rear seats all in matching cloth.
Second is to have another attempt at locating knocks in the front suspension (I've already changed everything except the legs and top mounts).
I need to get the scuttle repaired.
An MTech2 front spoiler would be nice.
And hopefully I can get my 2.3 engine project under way.

I think this is the shortest my list has been for the last 4 years.
Front suspension now sorted.
Making brackets for the SapphCos Recaro's this weekend and the cloth is now on order. The seats should be at the trimmers by this time next week.
I've sourced an MTech2 front spoiler (thanks Tony), I just need to tidy it and do something about blanking the foglight holes.
This is why I no longer drive an E30......

My list is never-ending and changes daily, but basically:

More power
Bigger brakes
Carbon Fibre
HID
Interior and ICE!! (The carpet will be dyed black and put back in one day!! And the ice will go in properly one day!!)

Other than that, a circle of fix it break it fix it break it fix it, which will be starting very soon.

And more trackdays and roadtrips!!!

And lots of tyres i would think!!

Just changed the water pump, cambelt and tensioner, also radiator. Urgently need to attend to the very lame handbrake, carry out some rustproofing, also learn about Megasquirt so I can competently play with the management system.
