Guy's i cant seem to decide whether to leave the Rieger the colour it is now or to have it sprayed the colour it was before, so i've posted 2 pictures of both colours. Please help me decide which one to choose. The red is the colour it was and the orange is the colour it is now.
Cheers
Ben

The orange is far more eye catching so I'd say go with that

It's the fastest colour but this car's not about speed, it's about posing

The wheels and the hardtop will have to be done again even if i go with the same colour it is now, so it's not really an issue.

I think the red is probably the nicest colour i've seen on an e30. It looks so rich in colour and really deep. I wish i could do my car that colour.

yea verily, and forsooth so does my m20-but potential is no use unless realised
furthermore-most things appear flighty compared to a 1.4 zx

It's about 50/50 so far. If i do go red the it wont necessarily be the smae red you see in the picture. My painter said he'd play around with several coats on different panels, then i can choose the one i like. I'm really confused cause the red is proper fat and just glows, but i like the tangerine as well, cause no other car i've ever seen has that colour and it's so unusal. Ho bugger, bugger, bugger. I really want to get this right cause it's not everday you get to respray your car at the cost of over Ԛ£5k for free

Can't really add much to this as I am colourblind
Although I think the bottom pic is a better looking colour although they really do look exactly the same to me, only the bottom one is lighter

Well i've just ordered a candy apple red and a cand magenta. We still have some of the tangerine left over, so we're going to play around with all 3 colours and see which one turns out the best, then we'll go for it. Thanks for all the sugestions and please keep them coming

Me too dude. We're going to play around with different basecoats especially silver. It makes the candy almost glow. That's how we achieved the glow on my current car. Even House of Kolor were a little supprised when they saw the car, cause people normally use black basecoat. I'm looking forward especially to the magenta. I'll take some pictures of the panels we spray on Monday night and post them up on Tuesday.

the orange is definitely the best, it changes much more in colour, whereas the red looks quite flat for a show car - it might just be the pics though. i have seen your car in the flesh and also quite a few other cars with paint like this, the red won't look as special - the orange makes it look a lot brighter where the sun hits it, just looks better overall imo...
