Help unreadable diff tag urgent

can see a 3 then rusty to hell then i think a 7???

does this make sense to any one??

rub ( to almost a polished surface ) with emery paper and it should be readable then,

its very acidic and strips the rust like zayyan said (not really suitable for full cars tho )
