I purchased a strut brace from hottuning (made by INXX) via ebay ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=007 ) it was a very tight fit and was supplied with the strut top parts on the wrong ends! However, its now on and looking pretty nice. Its also VERY light.

Here are some pics:

Nice. I had one of those on my Sport.

Did it come in a box with a Pamela Anderson lookalike all over it? Rather embarrassingly, I had it delivered to work! Looked like I had been sent some oversized sex toy, which caused no end of amusement to my colleagues :o:

... I forgot to mention, a few weeks afterwards, I was incorrectly sent a huge box of industrial rubber gloves. My order got mixed up with someone elses, before dispatch. The same person that signed for my Pamela Anderson box, also signed for this one, and opened the box... saw that it was full of latex, and then found a bit of paper in it with my name on it. :o: :o: :o:

Sorry, that was a bit off topic. I'm only glad the dispatch note didn't say Hot Tuning

perhaps the endplates were on the oposite ends to make it smaller for packing?

Got exactly the same brace, came in the Pamela Anderson look-alikey box but from a company called Crystal Design.

You guys think these braces work ok?

They strong enough not to flex etc, just wondering as you mentioned they are light..

I nearly bought one last wk, still might....

Can't say I noticed a huge difference on my Sport, but it was cheap, and for wasted spark installations, it's handy for hanging your coil pack on :D
