I guess you mean the hard and soft waxes?

Hard waxes are generally more durable and easier to lay a thin layer on.

D6dph - Ive noticed you're abit of a detailing guru so what do you reckon to these?

Auto glym shampoo cos I've already got some.
Sonus SFX Ultra-Fine Detailing Clay
Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze
Poorboys Nattys Paste Wax
Chemical Guys - Synthetic Quick Detailer
Meguiars #21 Synthetic Sealant
Autoglym super resin polish

Obviously not in that order winkeye

Sorry got kidnapped and forced to go to a pub.

The list looks ok but I'd go down the route of:

Auto glym shampoo cos I've already got some.
Sonus SFX Ultra-Fine Detailing Clay
Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze
Poorboys Nattys Paste Wax
Chemical Guys - Synthetic Quick Detailer > Replace with meguiars last touch. better value
Meguiars #21 Synthetic Sealant
Autoglym super resin polish > Replace with meguiars hand polish (#81 iirc)

Sorry, Should have added that a switch to a better wax would be a god plan. Nattys des have its fans but Dodo is reasonably priced and has very good reports.

Ian, I only have colder colours at my disposal atm. I'll probably buy the Dodo straight eight kit in the next couple of weeks.

Ive been using Natty blue paste wax for a good few months now. 2 layers of the stuff will work well for a month or so.

When its ran out il try some dodo.

What can anyone reccomend for replacing the AG Resin polish with? (my car is non metalic Atlantis Blue)
FWD is for Pussy's

Now then should I go for Dodo juice
1 - Light fantastic
2 - Diamond white
3 - Banana Armour

Light silver car, applying by hand. I like the idea that banana armour sets like stone apparently!
