stick, with the m20 mate kevin, rebuild it, shave the pistons, you will put down almost as much power as the m50.
just my oppinion though as the m50 would be better but it will cost a load more to fit and sort the motor.

M20 B25 with a T3 running 0.8bar is 260/270 HP on stock CR
M50 would give a little more , buts its more involved.
as for Ebay turbo kits.................................. Oh dear , you get what you pay for guys remember !
Kevin, leave the B25 in there dude, 55 K on that lump and its ready for a snail as-is dude

Even less room to get turbo, manifold and charge pipes in and out of the M50, bigger rad and push fan will also be fighting the intercooler for space in the front mask.
Nothing is impossible of course, but there's some hidden extras to think about on the M50T, if you can wait a few months, I'll have some 1st hand data for ya

cheers dude. I'll feel invincible after doing the M50 swap so some forced induction will seem like the next logical step.
May settle for a cheeky shot of gas to tide me over

stock 8.9:1 CR is safe for 0.8bar , no issues, with a ig turbo you can run more timing and up the boodst to a bar, no issues as long as the timing and fuelling are optimised !!
