Im interested specifically in the section which looks like an adapter for

But it would be realy good to be able to read that whole site!! can it be
translated by some computer trickery????

Not the best Translation but I think you can get the idea.

You can translate other pages by typing the full URL into google and then when it displays the link to the page it will have a link beside it that says translate this page or something (only for pages it can translate of course).

Try using http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

you can translate to and from many languages.
It's not perfect but you get the jist.
