Another m52 miss fire

This one is starting to wind me up! Car has a miss fire on idle a little pop every 3-4 sec! It is missing badly for about half a mile then clears runs really nice. But it will cut out pulling up to a stop then run badly again same if I stop the car even for seconds:-( Have checked for air leaks unpluged maf car cuts out unpluged vanos still the same any ideas? Have you checked the coil packs individually?

Check all the injectors are plugged in/ make sure the rail going to the top of them is all pushed down and they are all clicked in fully

Checked injector last week how do you check coil packs?

There's a lot out there that need to learn what a code reader is and what it's for!

Code readers dont tell you about the split hose or open port under the inlet manifold though Brian, plenty of those about!

Fault code on vanos thats why its unpluged! its sticking need to change seals:-(will coil show up on diagnostic?

They will if you know how to interpret them. I presume an air leak on the inlet bits would give a lambda sensor out of range type of code.
