325i pre facelift upgrade to Alpina C1 2.5

Hello,
I have a 1986 325i pre (1986) not CAT and with Motronic. I would like to had some hp with few mods. I investígated and adding Alpina C1 camshaft, ECU and exhaust can get around 20hp. Previously was a kit called Alpina Sports kit but cant find it. Anyone can help and provide some part Numbers or help on how to increase hp in an easy way like this? Which camshaft can I use? If i replace the camshaft should i replace also the ecu?

Don't waste your time looking for old Alpina stuff, better can be had off the shelf.

If you ask Alpina for a cam you will get a Schrick 272/272, just buy one anywhere
Alpina manifold is long gone NLA but the BTB3 is available and much better (not cheap but cheaper than someone would want for a genuine Alpina unicorn manifold)
Get a suitable chip (i'm sure Speedtouch on here would do you one)

To have things clear, you recommend to install a 272/272 camshaft and a BTB3 exhaust manifold?
My ECU is a Motronic 1.0. Engine without lamba. Is it possible to install a chip on this ECU. As I understood only facelift models allow to install a chip.
Is it possible to install the camshaft and leave the standard exhaust manifold? And what about install the camshaft and leave the standard ECU? Just only questions.

It is possible to do anything but you will not get the best out of it or anywhere near 20bhp gain.

For best results you will need cam, exhaust and chip. For the chip you will best need Motronic 1.3.
