Compared to what?
Mine is proper low but still drives well and gets me there despite only being a 1.8. It's done me proud in 11 months of driving, never let me down

They are quite rusty but still never expected the snappage.
How do I find out what mm my springs are, think they are 80mm?

Check the coloured dashes on them. I have 2 on the shelf from an e36 convertible that are ok. Just let me know what the colou of the dashes of paint are and I'll cross reference witht e pair I have.
