Potential zone gold there as well.... :D

Hopefully to be returned as the informative interesting thread it was, minus all the stoooooooopid bitchen!

Need to get Kos in the courthouse quick before Falkster gets released. At least give him a couple of days of hardcore Bumming!

£350 sounds like quite a sensible way progress for now, but if you are hoping this car is going to become a sought after classic you will be best keeping your eyes peeled for an original Alpina head.

Ang on, ang on. Give me 5 minutes [edit 15 - what have you been up to] to take a look and we'll go from there. :thumb:

The rest is in a waiting list.

i just thought a mod might just edit the posts they don't want not shut it off!

Rod, its done too many miles to have a real value so it to be fixed and enjoyed. You won't be finding another in a hurry and this will will defo have over 200,000 on it by the time i think of selling it

Andrew did the right thing. It is not easy to fix a thread while it is still in play.

Thread here, please continue your conversation --> here

Thats the great thing about owning an 8 bag quattroporte cortina, when the 130 bhp lump of wheezy pig iron lets go, you just go and pull another one out of a fragged ambulance :)

Or a Scumitar. There seem to be loads of these plastic pigs in breakers.

Peter - these are actually either 120 bhp in the Zodiac or 138 bhp on the post 1972 Granada stuff. I can feel the P40 flexing from here.

Yes, mine would be a Zodiac engine. My nipper thinks it's faster than his 2.0 TDCI Mondeo?

Funny thing is, I have just come in from starting it up and checking it for its MOT.
