hmmm , what to buy

what do i buy for £1500-£2000 ? just sold a e36 323i coupe , had a 318i e30 before that which i liked but needed a bit more go , i want manual , 2 door preferably , RWD and otherwise im not worried

Get an old boxy Volvo 740 turbo, then whack the boost up. New intercooler and some decent piping/exhaust should easilly see 300+bhp on stock internals

Nice Alfa 156 for that...a Lusso with a V6....got to be right...

Porsche 944 is tempting but it must be costly to service it, even if your doing it yourself right?
