MS or MegaSquirt is a full engine management system which replaces the original ECU and assumes control over engine functions like idle control, fueling and ignition.
A piggyback modifies the behavior of the standard ECU.

MS will allow you to run bigger injectors and has programable outputs to control lots of other things, electric fan, nos, boost control etc.

The price varies alot depending on what you want ie options fuel & spark only or full monty with lots of outputs, diy or fully installed.e30power wrote:so do you now how much it costs
Mine was done a couple of years ago so not sure on the price at a guess £300-£700 depending on diy, fully installed & mapped.
