just wouderd have enyone here changed their 325 from automatic to manual and if so. what was the job like to do as im thinking of giving mine to someone to have ago

its not a bad swop
you need the brake and clutch pedals from the manula donor, plus the 2 helper springs and the mastercylinder assy. you dont need to swop the entire pedalbox assy over !
from the engine bay you'll need the master cyl to slave rigid hose( on bulkhead ) and the flexi hose from the n/s inner trans tunnel.
if the Auto is a Switchable, you'll need the manual prop too ( S/Auto has 4 bolt guibo)
there are some electrical tweaks to do, but the mechanicals are an easy enough, if time consuming job.
