After owning an E30 318is, I got the e30 bug and wanted another one. I loved the drivabilty so much that I wanted another one.

I sold the 318is to a edition38 member who sold his mk2 for an e30.Still miss that car.

I decided to go for the legendry 6 pot 325i sport instead of another 318is, which I actually thought it was a great car despite all neagtive comments teh 318is gets of all the 6 pot lovers.

I have Had it for about 8 months now,

Bmw e30 325i sport
lach silver
110000 miles
4 owners
Good service history

I bought it for 3k and have spent 1.5k on making it drive right.

The work I have had done is:
Full service inspection 2
Suspension refresh. All new bushes including subframe, front m3 bushes, bmw E46 m3 top mounts and new springs.
New exhaust system
Brakes refreshed. Front and new discs and sensors
Also had all the rust issues sorted and resprayed professionally.

Heres some pics

When I first got it, Standard

I had some BBS RS 16 4x100 split rims saved for my next project but decided to put them on my sport. I was wanting to keep it totally standard, but after spending too much time on stanceworks I cudnt resist. The RS's have transformed the looks and drive. This is the only mod that I will be doing and it is a very easy reversable one, so its all good.

The only things that need sorting now are:
interior (looking for sports cloth)
need to sort my emmsions out(new AFM should sort that)
Need to see matt(beardymatt) to sort out a few bodywork issues.

Its a dream to drive and looks stunning in real life, the pictures dont do it justice.I think this one will be a keeper. However I am looking for a 24v project this year and that one will be used as my daily.

Those wheels are the best. Nice to see them with proper sized tyres on, then the silly stretched nonsense.

If you look closely, I think you'll find the rears on a slight stretch. :D

can i suggest some proper shocks to go with the lowering springs. Then you won't pull the front arch lip out all the time.

that arch lip is getting sorted when I get a chance to see beardymatt.
Don't even ask what happened there, but I couldnt believe how we these cars are built when I escaped that incident that caused that arch lip to slightly bend.I thought it would have ripped off.

I have bilstein b8 all round, so all good

The best wheels on a e30 no doubt.

Just totally transform the car.

I have a couple more sets coming my way soon for my other projects.

I wouldnt touch the lenso crap, can make the car look a little on the cheap side

The drivers wing needs replacing also

btw the rears are 225/45/16, not very streched

I was contemplating getting some reps. But managed to source some real deal ones.
I think lenso ones dont have that same finish and class for some reason,or maybe its just a psychological thing.

How does yours drive with the 17's calibre vintage ones

The calibre vintage are getting popular, quite a few e30's running them and they all seem to be convertables.

I think ECP sell them too, not bad for £5-600.
Prefer them to the lenso's

BBS rs 003 are monies though, up to 2k.

They all look the same, so its all good :)

BBS RS 15's dont do if for me, so the only option was professional redrill 16's, and even they cost a bit

And did you get them redrilled in Sheffield? If so, where?
Cheers
