Hello chaps,

It's been awhile since I have been on the Zone, and I apologize for not contributing more to this fine E30 forum. I completely forgot that I had neglected to thank some people on this forum for helping me out with my M Tech II install, namely corkie, CHRISP, and otto11. Thanks so much for all your help!

Beginning of 2010 started out like any other, reviving the car from a hard winters duty. By April, the car was back in fighting shape, ready to hit the track. I did one track day with my new set of track wheels and shortly thereafter that weekend embarked on fitting all the M Tech pieces after much assessment on the subject.

My story of fitting the kit I have documented on the E30 US-based forum R3VLimited. http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=173164

Just a few pictures along the way of 2010:

Thanks to a fellow E30er Sam H. for this awesome rolling shot.

Managed to take on a few car shows

Got lots of track time in this year, thankfully the car was rock solid! Except for one tire blowout, everything went smoothly.

Got tons of AutoX action as well! I topped the year off by just barely clinching the win in the overall standings within our local BMW club AutoX championship!

I started to get serious about the points for AutoXing halfway thru the year, so I started switching tires to try and keep an advantage over the other skillfully driven E30s and blindingly fast Mini Coopers that we have participating. I bought some more wheels that filled out the arches better:

Eventually I just ended up using the wider rims that are supposed to be for my 2002 project car for the last AutoX event

Lastly since you managed to stay with my story this far, you are rewarded with AutoX Videos! :)

The tight one :( I didn't do as well this event

And the fast one that I won!
