I can assume that its a piece of piss, but dont wanna do it, get the hump, and start throwing things!!!

Assuming your's is post facelift car, then unscrew two large bolts under the bumper going straight upwards,( either female hex or torx headed ), and pull the bumper straight backwards. (side pieces of bumper slide into two guides just behind the wheelarches).

hi, one word of advice, having done it myself - if you have access to another pair of hands, i.e. a mate (?) it will make the swop a lot easier - you have to hold the bumper in position horizontally, to get the holes for the 2 big torx bolts 2 line up, plus you have to feed the front of the bumper 'wings' in to slots on a bit of metal bolted to the rear wings (both sides at the same time!!). It's a b**ger on yer own!
