Gmax springs are OK!!

For the rear, go to GSF or Euro car parts and get youself a set of gas struts there only abour £20odd quid each and they sit lowered springs nicly!!

There is an Ebay shop that sells good springs for cheap!! winkeye
(Don't touch the shocks!!! There CRAP!!)

Dont put cheap shocks on the front!! it will cause you loadsa problems!!
Go for a good set!!

ile post up the ebay shop in a min....

If the ride height is ok, why are you wanting to change? Are the dampers fcuked or something?

like you need 28 different settings  the spax kit is £350 though and he did say money is tight.i had the spax kit on my touring and i found it to harsh even on the soft setting so i changed to bilsteins and its good now winkeye
