whats the best way to get the trim off without damage- got one side off but had to bend it a little- will be fine to refit(didnt kink it!)

I've just used some black insulation tape, if done carefully can look really nice.

best way to do it is with a bit of plastic i personally use filler spreaders at work then lift up with a trim tool or a blunt scew driver!![i work in a body shop and remove quite a lot of trims!!]
