When i indicate left the indicator is flicking 10 times quicker than it should. I noticed that the back is flashing as is the side repeater but the front indicator is not. Is it a case of changing the bulb or is it the relay/fuse? Where do i start to look?
Thanks in advance.

May not even need a new bulb.
E30 front indicators aren't particularly waterproof, and, although the lamp holder doesn't corrode, the lamp does.
Try cleaning the metal parts of the lamp before you bin it.

And your top tip for the day is dab a bit of grease over the end cap of the bulb and it won't corrode again.
