Hello, gcorky.
You will have all the wiring at least up to a round connector inside the rear door hinge pillars. About half the cars, in my experience, have the wiring for the windows included in the looms that go into the rear doors, ending in sockets for the motors and switches inside the door.
All you need to do the swap in that case is the electric mechanism itself and the switch. Mech is very easy to change; just six bolts.
If you don't have the looms into the doors then you will have to get them from the donor as wel.l

well just fitted, had looms clipped in as brian said, fit regs, cut console for extra switches along with door cards clip in.done.

one problem i did encounter, was one side would go up not down,(from console and door)swap over-ok inotherside,ok.hhhmmnnn check plugs loom ok.i decided to remove console switch and swap with the one i fitted into door, yahtzee ok....strip the dodgy switch(clean with switch cleaner bit of wd40 for good measure-box up done.

very nice improvement!!!!
big thanks to Nelly for supplying and BrianMoooore for advise .
