Gents, what's available and what is the feedback on 15' track day/extreme performance rubber for our cars?

Depends on the level of grip you have really, for example Toyo 888's are ok for most standardish E30's but anything that can corner and brake well (in track terms) will overheat them quickly

For those slightly more focused track cars what in your experience is better than the r888s ?DanThe wrote:Depends on the level of grip you have really, for example Toyo 888's are ok for most standardish E30's but anything that can corner and brake well (in track terms) will overheat them quickly

r888's are fab, but we go through them very quickly in PBMWC. I also like the Yoko A048 which I run on my mini, but I'm sure they'd probably wear at the same rate.

Altrezia, you guys use R888's for WET conditions as well? Who sells them at best rates?
Is there anything else out there less radical?
