I am struggling to remove the prop. I have removed the 4 bolts at the rear and also the 3 bolts at the guibo end then removing the centre brace in order to drop the prop. Problem is I cant pull the prop back and also down enough to free the 3 bolts through the guibo. When I view any images in Google of the guibo end it shows 6 bolts and nuts, where mine has 6 nuts and 3 bolts with head and 3 with no head. Also cant see an example prop with the big cylinder round it.
Thanks

You've undone the wrong three bolts at the front. Remove the other three and the prop. will come off when you drop the centre bearing.
The large cylinder thing is a vibration damper that's not required with any guibo that's in use today, so can be left off when refitting.
Note the arrows on the outer edge of the guibo, pointing towards the flange in each case.

Have you shortened the prop as much as possible by undoing the big nut and sliding it into itself? This might give you sufficient room to get the bolts out.

Ah that make sense, I had a quick go last night on trying to remove these, but left them to try another day. I can only get an open spanner to these rather than a ring spanner so it is slipping off with the amount of force required to loosen these. Any tips? Tried using another ring spanner on the end of the first spanner to get a longer lever. wd40 & shocking with a hammer.

In the centre section? If so I haven't made any adjustments to this as I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed something at the guibo end, i.e taking out the correct bolts.

Get a socket on the head of the bolts, and just use the OE spanner to stop the nut turning.

You know when looking/stuck one something so long you miss the obvious things.

Some of these bolts have been such a problem to get off especially on the exhaust.

Cheers
