I want to convert my pre facelift e30 320i from drum brakes to discs. Do I have to change the complete arm or just brake assembly. If so will touring arms, or cabby arms fit, or cabby arms(one of each in local scrap yard), or go gor 325 setup.thsnks in advance for advice.

AFAIK, all the Tourings had the 325i rear discs as standard.

Tourings and convertibles both use disc on the rear which is exactly the same as any other rear disc E30. The only difference is the tourings have larger calipers so if you have the choice of a set with calipers, go with the touring for sure.
