ABS light was on, went to a garage with, so they said the gear. They said the rear wheel sensor needed replacing, did this Ԛ£70 for the part. The light still on. Rang the garage back they said it needed re-setting and only a BMW garage could do this. Any ideas how I can reset light. Need a MOT now.

The only "gear" needed to find a dud ABS sensor is a Ԛ£5 multimeter.
ABS light goes off as soon as it's happy, nothing to reset.
Find a new garage.

The sensors are ok now light still on, could this mean a new control unit or does it go to OBC

The ABS light come on with the ignition and stay on after the engine starts without the car moving?
If you take the plastic cover off the ABS unit (behind LH headlamp), there are a couple of relays there. I've never had a faulty one, but I've read that one of these is the usual culprit.

Replaced the two relays, no joy, must be a wiring problem. Any other ideas.

Is this behind the glovebox in the car or on the bulkhead, engine bay?
