Does anyone know the part number (or even the correct name) for the little round white clips that hold the door card to the door itself?

Yes, those are the clips. The top part is designed so that you can "screw" it into the door card. Be aware that if your door card is a bit worse for wear then this piece will not stay in place on its own. I would buy originals.
