Could be prop or diff.

Presumably you've tried pressing in the clutch and just coasting along at the speed that the rumble occurs?

Try draining the diff oil and refill with new stuff.

Could even been the handbrake - I've had that one in the past.

Are your wheels balanced?

wheels balanced new tyres its auto so cant coast it but when i drop below 35mph rumble stops its actualy vibrating through the car the cars been stood 6 years in a dry barn and put back to mot condition and just passed with minor advise ill change the diff oil tomoz and check the handbrake front to back it may be just grabbing on the drum im thinking inline with you speedtouch could be prop as i dont seem to be able to pinpoint it to left or right

Try tightening the prop to diff flange bolts. I had the ones on my Minor work loose, and just happened to discover them on a chance checkover. I replaced the standard nuts with Nylocs to be on the safe side.

I heard of a guy on RetroRides with a big Merc coupe who had the prop fall off at high speed!
