One bloody thing after another I tell thee, I thought beemers were supposed to be reliable, thats why I bought one. In the last two months its been rear axle carrier bushes, front balljoints, broken centre cap, siezed water pump which I replaced today (noticing oil weeping out of the head at the same time, joy) my wheel bearings are shagged and I still seem to have a bit of slack in the driveline, but only when reversing round a corner.....? What is this? Is it cos of my LSD, cos I heard thay didn't like going backwards....

My LSD was once filled with regular gear oil, not the stuff designed for LDS's (BMW dealer mistake
