That might well be your problem then... They're balanced as one piece & if you don't put them back together the same way, they won't be balanced anymore! If that does turn out to be the cause, your options are either turning it spline by spline until the vibration goes away, getting it balanced by a specialist, or getting a new prop.The_Stig wrote:no i didn't mark the drive shaft
