Its a start !!!!

I think that the manifold has to be mounted upside down, but it will fit with some enlarging of the holes...

Connecting the air intake to the heater blower would help out a 320i !!!!!

Smaller turbo would be a good start, less lag ?

There's smaller and then there's too small though.

There's quite a likelyhood that the materials used in the construction of the exhaust housing won't be fond of the heat generated by the petrol engine too :(

Think that's only when they're attached to a diesel engine.

The basic workings of the turbocharger are the same for both petrol and diesel applications.

Diesel turbo's work fine on petrol engines but getting the right sized one is critical or you'll only get frustrated, i.e too small = no top end or too big = no bottom/midrange.

T3 on M20B25 is about as small as you should go, unless you're greedy and have two like Alex :D

That baby piss TD turbo needs going back on ebay and get yourself something a bit bigger, std cossie turbo would be a huge improvement for sure!
