Blower Resistor

I'm having a bit of a moment with a blower Resistor. On one of my car's it's a really simple, right in the middle resistor, no problem. But on my 1987 325 its to the side, is it just a case of giving it a good yank? Also does anyone know the part number, as I've only been able to find the common in the middle resistor. Cheers

Access is from inside the car, it's a bit tricky to get to, is your car right or left hand drive?

You tap it through into the passenger compartment after you unhook the 4 pin plug from inside the car--I think that is the type of resistor you have .

It's right hand drive. I shall give it a good go this weekend unhooking it from the inside. Cheers

I replaced my one back in May 2019. Cheapest place I found then was https://www.leebmann24.de/. Part number 64111375754. This is for the brown blower resistor.

leebmann24 is fantastic but doesn't deliver to the UK after we left the EU.
