As per the above;
I'm going to be machine polishing the old girl, (the car, that is, not SWMBO!) and am intending removing the existing badge.
I don't want to faff about removing the old adhesive foam stuff, and then cutting minute pieces of new double sided tarp to fit.
Will I have to source one from a Main Stealer, as I can't see any on fleabay, or is there any another source I can use?
Thanks
Andy

Sometimes, you can remove the badge by heating it with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive then using thin fishing line to prize it off.

Then stick some cellophane over it to prevent dust getting on.

Cotswolds on here would probably be able to supply a new one, if required.

Thank you
I'd already considered the removal, but from past experience with other marques getting the old badges re-affixed is usually problematic; I'll try Cotswolds on Monday

Very often the dealer is cheaper than the 'bay, especially where badges and clips are concerned. Contact Cotswolds, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
