Have you checked the fluid level?

Maybe some air in the system? Check for fluid leak by your clutch master cylinder by your your pedals as well as the fluid level, easiest place to look. Next is the slave cylinder on the left of the gearbox look for any seeping.
After that if you have less fluid than you should and can find some leaking, then you have the very common after 25 odd years of cylinder seal failure. If so, unless one of the cylinders waa changed very recently you really ought to replace both, makes a lot of sense.
There's aome pictures of the slave cylinder in the wiki if that helps

I have had and am still having this problem. Clutch slave cylinder went very shortly after getting the car so I had the full hydraulic system replaced at a local garage. After that I've been having the same problem as you, it's been in and bled once and then in again and re-bled again, including manually pumping the cylinders. I think they mentioned replacing something else but I've been busy and haven't had a chance to get back to them and the car drives fine otherwise so I've just been taking it easy.

From what they can see there are no leaks or air pockets and fluid levels are fine. Bit of a mystery...
