Trying to give my headlights a refurb but I can't get the headlight cluster out as the 3 screws that hold it in won't budge. I've used copious amounts of wd40 and I've even snapped the tip off one of my big screwdrivers.!
Is there a knack to getting them out?

They are quite difficult. I put the correct sized screwdriver on to the screw, and hit it a few times with a hammer. I guess this helped to loosen the self tapper. It came out after that.
I'd recommend getting a screwdriver which you can attach a hex spanner on, so while one pushes the whole screwdriver on to the screw, another person can undo the screw using the spanner.

Long pencil chisel, on the outside of the head of the screw, tap soundly anti clock wise, it should shift..buy new / replacement screws..
