Chances are you're hearing the typical layshaft bearing rattle that afflicts E30 gearboxes.
I would expect a duff clutch release bearing to protest loudly when the clutch is operated.

When I done my engine swap i changed my bearing, but it made the same noise but even louder!

I been actually thinking of some how getting some oil on it by taking the slave cylinder off? just and idea though.

I guess to take the gear box off is a bit of a job you would need around 3 feet of extensions to get to the gearbox bolts!

Great idea lots of slippery oil all adjacent to your clutch

if the clutch pedal is juddering at idle when not pressed down it sounds like your release bearing as it happened to me a while a go and when i took the gear box my bearing was in two pieces

Make your mind up! Which is it??
If the noise occurs when the pedal is pressed, then it is the release bearing.

d'oh!!!!----its just doin it all the time--if i put my foot on the clutch pedal while the engine is running it kinda feels like its juddering-the the noise gets worse when i press the pedal---its buggered i gather!!

The only way to find out exactly what is wrong is to remove the gearbox
Anything else will be pure speculation.
